Who's The Next Chelsea Manager

Guus Hiddink, Marco Van Basten, Harry Redknapp? Choose whom? The three names that are leading candidates for coach of Chelsea next season. And for me and maybe we all Chelsea fans are more familiar and more to give confidence to Guus Hiddink. Having experience does not need to be asked again, once the manager of the world's best teams (Real Madrid, PSV) and proved to be a care-taker manager capable of winning the FA Cup with Chelsea in 2009. It is only the decision of a Tom Henning Ovrebo who thwart him to prove his brilliance against Manchester United in the UEFA Champions League final dream.

But, anyone who will become Chelsea manager then has to challenge and work very hard. The challenge to meet the demands of Mr. Abramovich for Chelsea's ambitions of hosting and managed to conquer Europe. That one trophy is what has never been achieved in the ownership of Mr. Abramovich at Chelsea since 2003. And as a fan I strongly believe that it was time Chelsea deserved to lift the Champions League trophy was given the sacred track-record since 2003 and the squad is on this team. More specializes again, how important and meaningful this trophy for John Terry and Frank Lampard. Those who have experienced through thick and thin in this Chelsea team and it’s time for them to get this achievement. The question is, will it be realized in their own time as a professional football player, considering they only have 3-5 effective time before deciding to stop playing. I hope it can. Come on John, .. Lampsy ....

Carlo Got The Exit Door. Feel Sorry Though.

So, it really happens that Carlo fired. Not surprising and shocking that this happened. Even speculation about this dismissal had even predicted a few months ago. Especially after experiencing defeat by Manchester United in the Champions League semi-final, only a matter of time before this becomes a reality.

Chelsea fans were divided into two camps, namely criticizing this dismissal by reason/excuse about Chelsea's long-term stability and the camp that supports this dismissal. In the meantime, I included in the combination between the two camps were. I support to give time to Carlo Ancelotti next season to prove one is actually capacity is tested or not. Okay, I also understand the reasons for this but it is unfortunate dismissal on the treatment of a gentleman Carlo Ancelotti was fired only in a few minutes after the game against Everton ended. He's entitled to treatment that is more honorable than this. It’s a day of shame as well (again) for me being a Chelsea fan.

But what happened has happened. Perhaps it is not Chelsea if not cruel to the manager and  appreciated by the opposing team and manager. The advantages of Carlo Ancelotti during the Chelsea manager is still able to maintain good personal relationship with the players and decision-makers (Chelsea boards, at least). We had never seen a player no matter who expresses disappointment, anger, or against the decision of Carlo Ancelotti. Okay, it's an unfortunate thing from Carlo Ancelotti is less tactical when facing a difficult match. Decisions, substitutions which do not have a positive effect. Players also seem less get motivated and a fiery spirit to match or reaches a certain level. Well, this is where the strange things, where Carlo Ancelotti has always had good relations with all players but even such as can not inject them to give an impetus passion play high balls. In fact this is the core of the current football game. When playing the ball can not be too tactical, then play with burning passion to chase the ball and try to achieve victory. From this point, I support the Carlo Ancelotti to be corrected. Moreover, there are indications of Carlo Ancelotti for not giving a lot of opportunity and promise to the young players to compete in the Chelsea first team amid poor performance of major players (Essien, Lampard, Malouda, Ashley Cole, etc). There are fears Chelsea's Carlo Ancelotti will change our beloved Chelsea to be like AC Milan as the time he became manager.

But in the end, however thanks to Carlo Ancelotti. Thank you for your wonderful memory. Good luck for your next future.

And from now on, just let’s look forward and never look back. We are Chelsea no matter how bad we are.

Evolution is needed, not Revolution

Ok, in 2/3 months ago we would so proud with our finished position in the 2nd place of the table. Still better than Arsenal/Liverpool of course. But we pulled this off and be in contention for the 1st position in the league and head to head against efficient, pragmatisc Manchester United team. We lost 2-1 in their backyard.

But still....our performance on the pitch is still buzzling pissing me off and sometime drived me crazy since that horrible-horrible time (not only bad moment as Carlo said) in November/December 2010. Lack of desire on the pitch, jig-jag walking around not running through the opponent to made a threat...some people said that Chelsea only play old school kind of football.

Yes we do have quality 1st team players in the likes of Lampard, Essien, Drogba, Anelka, Malouda but their desire and performance are not 100% steady along the long season. The manager need to rotate the squad to maintain good desire to proving that their still have a part for this football club.  We lacked of creativity in the midfield means that Lampard/Essien/Mikel need to be rotated. Bring Josh McEachran/Ramires or other midfielder on. Chelsea are too one dimensional this season.

About Chelsea FC stability, yes you have my vote for this but we need stability to go forward, to steady to be the best and challenging big trophies until the end of the season. But not stability with stay in position where we are today. It seems we get stuck run out of ideas when on the pitch.

I love Carlo. He is a truly gentleman. Never moaning on everything. He has great relationship with all the players and staff around him. But we need him to be more unpredictable, little bit tinker with the formation and be smart with tactics when thing's gone against him. Yes, I'm picturing and describing Carlo to be more ''Ferguson''esque. But, that's truly needed in the world of managing club football these days.

I want to give Carlo one season ahead to prove his ability and prove that all of our thought's wrong. I just don't want Carlo Ancelotti made Chelsea become an "AC MILAN'' just like when he was last incharge there. Please don't Carlo. We are Chelsea FC.

Cech's Chelsea Player of the Year ? Check !!

Yes, he is our definitely best player of the year and for me he is our Chelsea best player of the season. Only conceded 13 goals at home and 19 goals away in the league is really counted for an achievement.

If only our midfielders and attackers can duplicate last season performances, Chelsea must have been enthroned champion since the beginning of the year with a very wide margin of points. But in the end, our midfielders and attackers as if run out of ideas to break through the defense and the opposing goal. We looks like losing inspiration and followed by the injury of a few players who became the mainstay and source of goals supply for Chelsea so our solidity and balance to the game that characterizes Chelsea did not appear this season. And then came those ‘’dark’’ moments appeared in November-December 2010.

Chelsea has always been an easy target for the attackers opponent, and then came David Luiz to provide fresh air in the Chelsea defense, although not so good about how to adapt to survive in the Premier League.

With the continuing pressures to Chelsea's defense, finally we just rely on to Petr Cech, Chelsea's players last bastion of defense. We never doubted his superb abilities in creating crucial rescues though there is a part of us Chelsea fans doubted his ability after being exposed by that head injury (yes, we will never forget you Hunt!).

Petr Cech, deserves this award and will deserve to be included in the list of players who become Chelsea legend along with John Terry, Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba.

OK, and we also congratulate Ashley Cole (the best players player), Josh McEachran (best young players) and Ron''Chopper''Harris (Special Recognition award).

Rumors: Is Neymar Transfer To Chelsea 90% Done Deal ?

Do we need him? Yes, he is a kind of player with good attacking sense along with his tricky pace. But, in other way, can he get quick to adapt and get in with Chelsea way of play?

Remember with our 2010-2011 mistery season (you can say bad or even worst), I think that the team need a Tevesque/Rooneyesque/Agueroesque/Suarezeque player. We need a striker who do run buzzling and dancing unpredictable moves towards opponent defender. So with this kind of player, our midfielder and other front forwards will come in to opponent danger boxes area and the goals will flooding in to the net. GUARANTEED!!!

Two seasons ago we had Miroslav Stoch with his ''duracell'' attitude, but it's a shame that he leaved us to go to Turkey. And maybe same case with Sinclair and Borini. I just hope that Daniel Sturridge is not follow those examples. We need to rejuvenate our bloody Chelsea FC!
